A type Cage Introduction :
A type layer chicken cages are suitable for tropical area for the better ventilation design.
It is more suitable for raising less than 25,000 birds in one house.
A type poultry equipment has the advantages of simple structure,low cost,it can realize automatic feeding,drinking,manure removing and environment controlling.
The manure removing system can choose PP belt or drag scraper,even can drop down from floor.

1.If the house size is 100m*12m*3.2m, 3 lines of 4 tiers equipment can be installed with 47 units of cages each line, and total birds quantity can reach 18048 (3*47*128=18048 birds).
2.If the house size 100m*15m*3.0m, 4 lines of 3 tiers equipment can be installed with 47 units of cages each line, and total birds quantity is also 18048.(4*47*96=18048 birds)
1).The frame of cage is formed with the hot galvanized plate by using CNC machine, Accurate assembling can improve the stability of the cage structure, also avoid manure belt off running.
C-shape legs are formed of hot galvanized sheets for easy cleaning.
The feeding system have two sets of trolleys,thay independently run. There set a strengthen tube along the bottom trough it is convenient for worker to stamp it.
The square drinking pipes are installed on the longitudinal central axis of each tier of cage in order to save space, supplying water to layers of both sides. layers in both sides can touch two nipple drinkers.
cage bottom angle is 7°,the reasonable rolling angle is designed to reduce the rate of egg breakage

A1: We have two types, A frame and H frame.
A frame have two models, 3tiers and 4 tiers.
H frame have 7 models , including 3 tiers,4 tiers,5tiers,6tiers,8 tiers ,10 tiers
Q2:How much per set cage?
A2:Different model,price is different.In addition,there are other complement equipments.
Need know how many birds you want to rear,then we can give you a specific price list with house size.
Q3:How long is the warrenty?
A3:1 year.
Q4:Who is in charge of install ?
A4:We will arrange two engineers to your country to guide installation and provide training of full cage system.
