Our system features two innovative broiler feeding modes: the reliable auger and the efficient trolley.1. Auger Feeding Mode: Feeds are seamlessly transported from the silo into the hopper located at the front of battery cages. This advanced system ensures the feeds are quickly and uniformly distributed via level feed lines into the pans in each tier, guaranteeing that every chicken receives sufficient nourishment through responsive feed sensors.
The height-adjustable pans can be tailored to match the age of the birds, providing optimal feeding conditions throughout their growth stages.
2. Trolley Feeding Mode: Here, feeds are meticulously transported by the auger to the trolley hopper at the front of each row. The feeds are then uniformly dispensed into the trough of each tier by a moving trolley, with adjustable feed amounts to meet specific needs.
1)Our cage frame is meticulously crafted using hot galvanized plates and CNC machinery. This ensures precise assembly, enhances the stability of the cage structure, and prevents manure belt misalignment.
2) The 'C' shape leg is designed from hot galvanized sheet, making it sturdy and effortless to clean. With a 1206mm distance between adjacent legs, the frame remains firm and robust.
