Our system offers versatility with two exceptional broiler feeding modes: auger and trolley, each designed to maximize efficiency.1. Auger Feeding Mode: Feeds are seamlessly transported from the silo into the hopper at the front of the battery cages. The feeds are then swiftly and uniformly distributed via level feed lines into the pans on each tier. Each feed sensor ensures that every chicken receives an ample supply of food.
The height of the pans is fully adjustable to accommodate the changing needs of birds as they grow.
2. Trolley Feeding Mode: Feeds are transported by the auger to the trolley hopper at the front of each row. The moving trolley then uniformly distributes the feeds into the trough of each tier. Additionally, the feed amount can be precisely adjusted to control intake.
