Chinese Poultry Raising System with Pan Feeding for Broiler Chicken Farming
1. With the auger feeding: the feeds are transported from silo into the hopper at the front of battery cages. Then the feeds are distributed quickly and uniformly via level feed lines into the pans in each tier. Every feed sensor could supply chicken enough food.
The height of pans can be adjusted according to the age of birds.
1)The frame of cage is formed with the hot galvanized plate by using CNC machine, Accurate assembling can improve the stability of the cage structure, also avoid manure belt off running.
2)C shape leg is formed of hot galvanized sheet ,it is firm and easy to clean.The distance between adjacent legs is 1206mm,so that it make frame firm and strong.
3)Push-in door and push-down bird-block board make easy to harvest birds.
4)The feeding trough is used of hot galvanized material , it is more strong than PVC material ,the unique cart can be used on my trough.
5)Stainless steel frame of scraper make scraper to touch belt tightly and make belt clean;Easy to remove the PVC scraper to clean easily.
One scraper is installed at the end of manure belt, and two secondary scrapers are installed below returning belt, so that manure can be cleared thoroughly.

A5: For payments <= 5000 USD, 100% in advance. For payments > 5000 USD, 30% T/T in advance, with the balance due before shipping.
