1. Main feed delivery line system
(1).Main feeding system is a complete set of automatic feeding system, included a material conveying pipe, silo, auger, drive motor and a feed level sensor.
(2).Main Feed line is mainly used to deliver feed from silo to the hopper in the poultry house. There is one feed sensor at the end of main feed line, which can control the drive motor on and off to realize automatically feeding.

Material of silo consist of galvanzied sheet and glass fiber reinforced plastic.
*If you don't use silo, you can use manpower hopper. Usually, if you just build one or two chicken house, we suggest you use hopper instead of silo.
2.Automatic pan feeding line system There is a feed sensor at each feeding line which controls motor on and off to achieve automatically feed delivery.
The motor will start working and deliver feed when the feed pan (with sensor)
Lacks feed and will stop working when the feed pan (with sensor) is full of feed.

3.Automatic nipple drinking line system
This system can provide fresh and clean water for poultry which is crucial for the growth of Poultry.
The drinkers can be triggered from 360 degree which helps young birds start well and makes drinking easier.

4.Ventilation system
shutter: high strenth hot-galvanized steel sheet, with a centrifugal system it will turn on automatically , shutter will turn off automatically and seal under the influence if gravity of springs when the ventilation equipments go off, which can effectively prevent and profibit the ray outside from shining through and make the indoor air ventilation optimized.
Frame : galvanized steel sheet , the layer of the galvanization is 150g/m2, and the frame is one-time molded .
fan blades 6 pieces of germany imported mirror finished stainless steel baldes , the fan translations all have passed the experiment of homeostaisi , which make the air volume keep same as the very beginning during the operational life span of the fan .
Belt: the belt is imported from Japan , it is a ametabolic in a long time so there is no use to maintain it during its life circle.

Air inlet
Window: Plastic contains the anti-ultraviolet raw material , making it longevity.
Protection Net :reasonable structure , material is Polypropylene.
Nylon pulley: Designed by patent organization, it is of rolling friction when turning on or off , low resistance and easy opening and closing.

5.Cooling pad system
Character of cooling pads
the pad paper is formed by bonding pure imported paper pulp by corrugated fiber
the corrugated paper is specially treated, and hs high structural strenth, corrosion resistance and long service life
the corrugated fiber structure with certain angle has large surface area and quick purification , and has certain performance of the natural filter

6.Environment control system

7.Spraying System
This system effectively cools,humidifies,dedusts and disinfects the henhouse(the temerature is quickly reduced by 3-8 degrees centigrade within a few minutes).

8.Curtain System
Curtain system is used for the open structure poultry house with no side wall, which is mainly used in the area which has high temperature weather all the year round.
